A large part of adult behaviour is learned or conditioned. That we are taught in early years behavioural etiquette and even we learn behavioural patterns in accordance to our own experiences. In the highly informative years young kids are taught by society to turn into stereotypes of the particular society’s culture. It appears quite alien to us whether an adult started crying when she became on the point of feed time or do not to makes a step to go to the WC when ‘nature’ calls. What would our reaction be to somebody that a temper tantrum each and every red traffic light and also to the diner who starts to throw market a restaurant? These seem quite foreign behaviour to an adult but quite normal and expected behaviour within the toddler. It can also be seen that most of us, as adults, pattern are behaviour to fit in with surrounding situation and commonly the individuals we happen to be with.
We all know that many days we awaken and have that ‘good to alive feeling’ whereas on others every thing goes wrong so we wished we had stayed in bed. But while in this example we modify our behaviour based on whether we are at work coping with clients or familiar with our family members that might be more unlikely to judge us harshly that if we show signs of weakness or stress. We are all handed down a basic feeding response. If we’re hungry we sense a dis-ease or possibly a hunger sensation after which we do the solitary thing we all know how to perform and that is cry unrestrictedly. This crying stops immediately the need is not only fulfilled but starts to be fulfilled. Basically our behaviour in youth is reactionary, i.e. we cannot help it.
We will now consider behaviour patterns in children who’ve learned how to modify their behaviour in certain situations, either to be a part of social etiquette or as a method to protect themselves against showing weakness. One way we have to cope with stress many years later will be to transfer it into our muscles as stress. In other words unresolved stress and worry are sometimes ‘shifted’ within the muscular system that have a reducing effect on the stress in one’s brains. However whilst that process is using place we call upon our learned behaviour patterns to keep the established order to ensure the outside world, particularly the office clients, doesn’t see any change.
The thought of physical tension in your tissues due to stress is not a beginner to us. Massage therapists have been all around from time immemorial. Might it be however crucial that you realize that whereas unresolved mental anguish can be put directly into body’s stress reservoir, so as well can pre-existing tension in tissues can predispose to mental anguish. Both young and old experience this by parts of feeling irritable or unaccountably fatigued. It is often often quelled or suppressed by adrenaline which itself is set by stress. Which hopefully will have been initiated through physical (as with the reality regarding a birth injury) or mental (as with reality of extreme mental worry transmitted beginning with the mother during it’s development within the womb). As children (and even animals) haven’t yet learned learn how to modify their behaviour as well as their response is reactionary it will probably bring about behavioural patterns that become repeated as a result of the unresolved physical stress harboured inside their tissue.
Behavioural modifications noticed in young kids are often by means of outbursts of unprovoked anger or perhaps an inability to listen along with their bodies or give heed to exactly what is occurring close by.
